“English-speaking tour guide with meteorology experts.”
1. About myself
I was born in 1959 in Changhua County, central part of Taiwan. I was retired last summer from a college. My wife, Lucy Chu, works in the JTB travel agent as a Japanese-speaking tour guide. We have two children, one girl and one boy, who are both grown up and working for their career. Our family was well-off. I got my bachelor's degree from the Department of Applied Physics, Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, located at Taoyuan country. Later I continued my study in Meteorology and earned my master and PhD degrees from National Taiwan University and the National Central University, respectively. My major focuses on weather satellite remote sensing. I had a total of more than twenty years teaching job. Now I change my career to the tourism as a English-speaking tour guide.
2. personal interests and personality
I am interested in many kinds of sports, such as basketball, table tennis, jogging, hiking. Also I like reading and music. I have many personal characteristics, like gentle personality, easy to get along with others. In addition, based on the accumulated more than twenty years of teaching experience and fourteen administrative experience, I am good in planning, implementation and evaluation.
3. tourism career
Based on a wealth of experience of teaching, rich communication skills, extensive self-learning ability and active attitude, I have strong confidence to be an excellent tour guide. I would like to bring you a lot of fun and experience the local culture when you travel in Taiwan.
